Project DogCat is a Web3 / crypto project built on Base Chain, developed by two builders (@solozors & @dEx3p) with art by @lau.mural. The core product is a trinity: two tokens ($DOGC & $DCAT) and one NFT ($DogCat). The NFT unlocks the internal arbitrage swap and acts as your governance vote inside the protocol.
