1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto-related services in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit malicious or fraudulent listings; manipulate votes via bots, paid farms or sybil accounts; attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer or attack the Service; or use the Service to violate any law.
3. Listings
Anyone can submit a token. We may accept, edit, archive, demote or reject any listing at our sole discretion, including for suspected rug-pulls, scams, trademark conflicts or violations of these Terms. Listing on CoinCatapult is not an endorsement.
4. Paid placements (Boost, Spotlight, Banner, Popup)
Paid placements are activated only after on-chain payment is confirmed via NOWPayments. Active placements are non-refundable; scheduled (not-yet-started) placements may be refunded minus a 5% processing fee. Paid placements are clearly labelled “Sponsored” and do not constitute investment advice.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to other users.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Crypto markets are high-risk; you trade and invest at your own risk. See our Disclaimer for detail.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinCatapult is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of funds resulting from listed projects.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
